A well-established microfinance institution provides financial services to underserved communities across the rural parts of India. The company initiated many successful campaigns that have turned it into a leading microfinancing company in India. However, despite all the successful initiatives and fame the institution has been facing challenges in generating quality leads through its website.

- The organic traffic amounted to only 5,650 users per month. Most of the traffic originated from branded search queries. (Not from organic keywords)
